Entry Requirement

- Minimum age of 21 years old 

- Possess a pass in the Real Estate Salesperson (RES) exam or equivalent 

- Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident 

- Minimum of 4 GCE 'O' Levels passes or equivalent
