With 5 years of practice in the real estate industry, FER have built  it's brand name into a certain  extend in term of market exposure. Like many of  the  other players  in  the  real estate agency  business, and with our present muscle of  nearly 200 associates, our  company has now  decided  to  jump  into the bandwagon of  franchising  our business, with  the mindset to assist new small and medium sized agencies to operate under our flagship.

Our office located  in  the heart of the city, right in front of Lavender MRT station, sitting on a 2,000 sq.ft. office space.  We offer easy accessibility in and out of the CBD and great comfort in the office.

Franchisees may operate either from their own offices or in our office. Alike our  own associates,  they will   be provided with access to all our facilities and equipment. Under the flagship of FER, the printing of  business cards, will also be subsided. Associates of  our franchises are welcomed to sit in our  company training  sessions  and  discussions.  Franchisees will  gain  from  sharing  of  resources, thus, lowering  of  their expenditures.

In 2002,  Accommodations  Real  Estate Services joined  our flagship and is currently enjoying the use of our office facilities and resources.

From 2004, Tradewinds Realty Pte Ltd, Art Realty Pte Ltd and Acepac Agency Pte Ltd joined forces with us in sharing resources and listings.
